Satay Fry Meat/ Seafood:
沙爹炒肉类/海鲜类:

1) Heat up 30g oil, add in 300g meat/ seafood & stir fry little bit.
将30克油加热,加入300克肉/海鲜&稍微翻炒

2) Add in 100g sauce & stir fry until cooked
加入100克酱料&炒至熟

** Optional to add in little bit of water if too dry or some salt to be more salty.
**如果太干可选择加入少许水;可选择加入食用盐把味道调到偏咸

Satay Steamboat:
沙爹火锅:

1) Heat up 1.5 Litre water
将1.5升水煮至沸腾

2) Add in 200g sauce & simmer for 5 mins.
加入200克酱料&熬5分钟
