Kam Heong Fry Meat/ Seafood:
甘香炒肉类/海鲜类:
1) Heat up 30g oil, add in 300g meat/ seafood & stir fry little bit.
将30克油加热,加入300克肉/海鲜&稍微翻炒
2) Add in 100g sauce & stir fry until cooked
加入100克酱料&炒至熟
** Optional to add in little bit of water if too dry, some salt to be more salty or some sugar to be more sweet.
**如果太干可选择加入少许水;可选择加入食用盐把味道调到偏咸
Kam Heong Fried Rice/ Noodle:
甘香炒饭/面:
1) Heat up 30g oil, add in 1 egg and stir fry until fragrant
将30克油加热,加入1粒鸡蛋炒至香
2) Add in 200g rice/ noodle and stir fry. Add in 40g sauce & stir fry until fragrant.
加入200克饭/面后炒然后加入40克酱料&炒至香
3) Add in some salt to preferred taste & stir fry until salt melt.
加入少许食用盐至适合味蕾&翻炒至盐溶
